Everyone wants it. Turning music from hobby into a serious career is a dream for so many. Yet very few manage to actually find success in music. This is true for music producers, artists, managers, mix engineers and pretty much everyone who’s aiming at building a successful career in music.

However, after decades in the industry, I’ve found that there are a few key things that separate the successful ones from all those who will never transition to a music industry professional.
